Bootstrap creates seven bonus types out of the box (Performance, Festival, Statutory, Joining, Retention, Referral, Spot). Overtime follows the Factories Act 1948 with weekday / weekend / holiday multipliers and a configurable monthly hours cap.
Grant, approve, pay — in three clicks
Admins grant a bonus to an employee for a specific period (or undated). Approval triggers an in-app notification and email. The bonus appears as its own line item on the next payroll run and counts toward the annual TDS base.

Employees (or admins on their behalf) log OT hours per date with a multiplier; the engine computes the hourly rate from monthly Basic, applies the policy cap, and adds the OT amount to gross.
