Data Processing Agreement

Effective 1 January 2026.

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between FastLegal and the Customer.

FastLegal Payroll acts as a Data Processor in respect of Personal Data processed on behalf of the Customer, who acts as Data Controller.

We will process Personal Data only for the purposes documented in the agreement, on documented instructions from the Customer, and in compliance with DPDP Act 2023.

FastLegal Payroll will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security of processing — including encryption, access controls and regular testing.

On termination, FastLegal Payroll will return or delete Personal Data within 90 days, subject to retention obligations under Indian law.
