Attendance that actually feeds payroll
Five entry modes built for how Indian SMBs really capture attendance: portal self check-in, single-day admin override, bulk-day, bulk-month, per-employee monthly calendar, and CSV import — each one straight into the paid-days calculation.
Single · Day · Month · By employee · CSV
Pick the entry mode that matches the moment — quick single-cell fix, end-of-month bulk fill with weekend + holiday + leave auto-skip, per-employee monthly calendar where each day cycles P→A→HD→L, or upload an Excel-edited CSV.
- Bulk-fill month skips weekends, holidays and approved leaves
- Per-employee calendar saves an entire month in one POST
- CSV template includes a 'name' column for readability
- Self check-in / check-out for employees from the portal
Salaried convention by default — strict for factories
Toggle in Settings → Workspace. Relaxed (default): a working day with no record and no leave counts as PRESENT — the Indian salaried-employee norm. Strict: every day must be explicitly marked, missing = LOP.
- Per-workspace toggle, takes effect on next payroll run
- Approved leave is never LOP (uses balance)
- ABSENT marks always override the default
- PF / TDS / ESI deductions still scale to paid-days
Run your next payroll on FastLegal Payroll.
Create a workspace, bootstrap the standard Indian defaults (leave types, salary structure, holidays for two years), add your first employee, and run May payroll — all before your evening chai.
- Workspace auto-bootstrapped on signup (leave types, salary structure, holidays)
- PF / ESI / PT / TDS computed every run — every cycle
- Employee + contractor portals included, no extra tier
- No credit card needed
