By accessing or using FastLegal Payroll's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your subscription is for the term and headcount you select at checkout. Annual plans renew automatically; you can cancel at any time before renewal.

You retain ownership of your data. We will only access it to provide the services, comply with law, or with your consent.

FastLegal Payroll is not your CA, CS, or lawyer. We provide software and operational support — but final filings remain your legal responsibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
